श्री. युवराज येडूरे महत्त्वाकांक्षी व्यक्तीमत्त्व

सुपीक जमिनीत एखादे बी टाकले तर ते सहजपणे उगवते. मात्र हेच बी रखरखीत जमिनीत टाकले तर ते सहजपणे उगवत नाही. मनुष्याच्या बाबतीतही काहीशा अशाच घटना घडतात. राजकीय पार्श्वभूमी असलेल्या कुटुंबातील पिढ्यानपिढ्या राजकारणात वावरत असल्याचे दिसते. याला काही अपवादही असू शकतील. मात्र प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीत व कोणतीही राजकीय पार्श्वभूमी नसताना जर एखादी व्यक्ती आपले स्वतंत्र वलय निर्माण करत असेल तर ते प्रबळ इच्छाशक्ती व महत्त्वाकांक्षेचे प्रतीक म्हणता येईल.

भुदरगड तालुक्यासारख्या निसर्गसंपन्न डोंगरी भागातील शेणगावमधील एक तरूण सामाजिक जाणीवांनी प्रेरित होतो काय आणि समाजशील उपक्रमांतून लोकांपुढे आपली भूमिका मांडतो काय, हे एखाद्या चित्रपटाच्या कथानकाला शोभेल असेच आहे. पण हे वास्तव आहे. भुदरगड तालुक्यातील शेणगावमधील श्री. युवराज येडूरे यांची वाटचाल याप्रमाणेच झालेली आहे. खिशात दमडी नसताना व घरची आर्थिक परिस्थिती नसताना कर्म हेच कर्तव्य असे मानून त्यांनी सामाजिक कार्याची वाटचाल अंगिकारली. युवराज यांचे वडिल कै. रामचंद्र येडूरे हे उत्कृष्ट काष्ठशिल्पकार होते. संपूर्ण पंचक्रोशीत ते प्रसिद्ध होते. घराशेजारी वेदगंगा नदीतून वाहत किनाऱ्याला येणारी लाकडे, जंगलातील वेडीवाकडी सुकी लाकडे यांना कलेच्या माध्यमातून ते आकर्षक आकार देत. त्यांनी साकारलेल्या शिल्पांचे प्रदर्शन कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यात आयोजित केले जायचे. याला कला प्रेमी चाहत्यांचा उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद लाभायचा. आई श्रीमती उज्वला येडूरे या कष्टाळू स्वभावाच्या आहेत. घरातील दुभत्या जनावरांची जबाबदारी त्यांनी यशस्वीपणे पेलली. कोणाचाही कसलाही पाठिंबा नसताना छोटे-मोठे उद्योग करून आपले लक्ष्य गाठण्याचा युवराज यांनी प्रयत्न केला. प्रयत्नांती परमेश्वर ही उक्ती सार्थ ठरली ती स्वराज्य कल्याण सेवाभावी संस्थेच्या स्थापनेनंतर. संस्था स्थापनेनंतर सामाजिक उपक्रमांना विविध कार्यक्रमांच्या माध्यमातून गती मिळाली.

स्वराज्य कल्याण सेवाभावी संस्था, शेणगाव ही तळागाळातील उपेक्षित घटकांच्या कल्याणासाठी स्थापन केलेली संस्था अल्पवधीतच नावरुपास आली. संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून जनसंपर्क वाढल्याने सर्वसामान्यांपर्यंत युवराज येडूरे ही व्यक्ती कोण आहे, हे कळले. संस्थेचे काम करत करत शिक्षणही त्यांनी पूर्ण केले. युवराज यांचे प्राथमिक शिक्षण शेणगावात तर उच्चमाध्यमिक शिक्षण गारगोटीत झाले. कला शाखेची पदवी व सामाजिक कार्यक्षेत्राची पदवी त्यांनी कोल्हापूर येथे घेतली. लष्करी सेवेत जाण्याचे त्यांचे स्वप्न होते. मात्र शारीरिक चाचणी दरम्यान उंची कमी भरल्यामुळे त्यांचे हे स्वप्नच राहिले. मात्र हार न मानता त्यांनी लोकसेवा ही देशसेवा हे ब्रीदवाक्य मानून कार्य सुरूच ठेवले. सामाजिक संस्थेच्या कार्याची व्याप्ती, जनसंपर्क यामुळे महाराष्ट्र एनजीओ समितीच्या राज्य अध्यक्षपदी त्यांची निवड झाली. समाजकारणाला राजकारणाची जोड मिळाली तर समाजातील लोकांसाठी खूप काही करता येणे शक्य आहे. याची जाणीव पावलोपावली झाल्यामुळे येडूरे यांनी सर्वसामान्यांचे कैवारी असलेल्या व मराठी माणसांचे हित पाहणाऱ्या महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेचे अध्यक्ष मा. श्री. राजसाहेब ठाकरे यांची भेट ही पुणे येथील संजय बबनराव भोसले हे युवराज येडूरे यांचे गुरू आहेत त्यांनी यांच्या कामाची दखल घेतली. येडूरे यांच्या कामाची माहिती मा. राजसाहेबांना दिली राजसाहेबांनी याची दखल घेत . महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेच्या जनहित सेनेच्या कोल्हापूर जिल्हाध्यक्षपदी येडूरे यांची निवड झाली. त्यानंतर जनहित सेनेचे राज्य उपाध्यक्षपदही त्यांनी भूषविले. सध्या राधानगरी विधानसभा मतदार संघाचे गटनेते म्हणून काम करत आहेत.

शेणगावात दिशादर्शक फलक

शेणगावात बाहेर गावाहून येणाऱ्यांना गावातील गल्ली व परिसराची माहिती मिळावी, यासाठी दिशादर्शक फलक प्रत्येक भागात, गल्लीत उभे केले. येथील वेदगंगा किनारी असलेल्या श्री क्षेत्र एकमुखी दत्त देवस्थानच्या विकासातही येडूरे यांनी मोलाचा हातभार लावला. गावचा विकास कशा पद्धतीने गतीने होऊ शकेल याचा आराखडा त्यांनी तयार केला. शेणगावला ऐतिहासिक पार्श्वभूमी असल्यामुळे व गावची रचनाही विकासात्मक स्वरुपाची असल्यामुळे हा विकास कशाप्रकारे होऊ शकतो. याची मार्गदर्शक पुस्तिकाही त्यांनी काढली आहे.

भुदरगड तालुक्यात सामाजिक कार्यात अग्रेसर म्हणून युवराज येडूरे यांची ओळख आहे. स्वराज्य कल्याण सेवाभावी संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून येडूरे यांनी सामाजिक, सहकार, कला या सारख्या विविध क्षेत्रांत उल्लेखनीय कार्य केले आहे. याची दखल विविध सामाजिक संस्थांनी घेत त्यांचा गौरव केला आहे. फक्त कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यापुरते आपले सामाजिक कार्य मर्यादित न ठेवता त्यांनी महाराष्ट्रातील काही जिल्ह्यांतील संस्थांना संस्था नोंदणी, संस्थेचे कामकाज या संदर्भात मार्गदर्शन केलेले आहे. संस्था व्यवस्थापन, निधी संकलन, आर्थिक तसेच कायदेशीर नियोजन, महामंडळे, वैधानिक मंडळे यांच्यामार्फत राबविण्यात येणारे सेवाप्रकल्प या संबंधी संपूर्ण मार्गदर्शक असणारे पुस्तक येडूरे यांनी लिहिले आहे. या पुस्तकाच्या माध्यमातून सामाजिक संस्था बळकट करण्याचे काम त्यांनी केलेले आहे.

राजकीय प्रवास

2016 मध्ये भुदरगड पंचायत समितीची तर 2017 मध्ये शेणगाव ग्रामपंचायतीची सार्वत्रिक निवडणूक त्यांनी लढविली. यात जरी यश मिळाले नाही तरी 2019 व 2024 मध्ये राधानगरी, भुदरगड, आजरा विधानसभा मतदारसंघातून त्यांनी महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेच्या तिकिटावर विधानसभेची निवडणूक लढवली, कोणतीही राजकीय पार्श्वभूमी नसताना मिळालेली मतांची ही आकडेवारी खूप काही सांगून जाते. भविष्यात या मतांची संख्या विजयश्री मिळविण्यापर्यंत वाढू शकते.

कोरोना काळातील काम

कोरोना काळात काही नेतेमंडळी घरामध्ये बसून कोविड योद्ध्यांना मार्गदर्शन करत होती. तर काही नेते सावधगिरीने क्वचितच लोकांच्या नजरेस पडत होते. मात्र या सर्व बाबींना फाटा देत युवराज येडूरे थेट प्रत्यक्षपणे कोविड योद्ध्यांच्या मदतीने काम करत होते. याची प्रचिती राधानगरी, भुदरगड, आजरा मतदारसंघातील जनतेने घेतली आहे. कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यासह शेजारील गोव्यातही त्यांनी मास्क, सॅनिटायझर माफक दरात सर्वसामान्य लोकांसाठी उपलब्ध करून दिले. खासगी कंपन्यांनी सॅनिटायझरचे व मास्कचे दर चढे होते. सामान्य लोकांसाठी ही खर्चिक बाब असल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्याने युवराज येडूरे यांनी काही ठिकाणी माफक दरात मास्क, सॅनिटायझर उपलब्ध करून दिले तर काही भागात मोफत मास्क व सॅनिटायझरचे वाटप केले.

कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील सर्व ग्रामपंचायतींना मास्क व सॅनिटायझरचे ना नफा, ना तोटा या तत्त्वावर त्यांनी पुरवठा केला. राधानगरी-भुदरगड-आजरा परिसरातील अंगणवाडी सेविका, मदतनीस, आशा स्वयंसेविका, पोलिस, ग्रामीण रुग्णालय यांनाही मोफत मास्क व सॅनिटायझर उपलब्ध करून दिले.

पूरग्रस्तांना मदतीचा हात

2019 व 2021 मध्ये कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यात आलेला महापूर हे सर्वांसाठीच आव्हान होते. मात्र त्या काळातही न डगमगता स्वतःचे घर महापुराच्या वेढ्यात असताना इतरांना मदत देण्याचे काम येडूरे यांनी केले. लोकांची पडलेली घरे, मातीत मिसळलेला संसार उभारण्याचे काम त्यांनी केले. अनेकांचे कोलमडलेले संसार त्यांनी उभे केले. पूरग्रस्तांना वेळेत मदत पोहोचविण्याचे काम त्यांनी व त्यांच्या संस्थेतील सदस्यांनी केल्यामुळे त्यांची वेगळी ओळख राधानगरी, भुदरगड, आजरा मतदारसंघात निर्माण झालेली आहे. शेणगाव पूर्णतः पाण्याने वेढलेले असताना नदीशेजारील घरातील लोकांना सुरक्षित ठिकाणी नेण्याचे काम येडूरे यांनी केले. पूरग्रस्तांना युद्धपातळीवर अन्न-वस्त्र पुरविण्याचे काम येडूरे यांनी स्वराज्य कल्याण सेवाभावी संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून अविरतपणे सुरूच ठेवले.

हजारो लोकांना रोजगार देण्याचा मानस

सध्या मतदारसंघातील हजारो बेरोजगार युवक-युवतींना रोजगार देऊन त्यांना स्वावलंबी करण्याचा संकल्प येडूरे यांनी केलेला आहे. स्वयंरोजगाराच्या माध्यमातून युवक रोजगाराकडे वळावेत, यासाठी त्यांचे प्रयत्न सुरू आहेत. यासाठी वेळोवेळी गाव पातळीवर रोजगार मेळावा, मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रम राबविण्यात येत आहेत. आर वाय प्रोडक्शनच्या माध्यमातून त्यांनी कोल्हापूर जिल्ह्यातील काही गावातील महिलांना रोजगार उपलब्ध करून दिला आहे. ही व्याप्ती जास्तीतजास्त वाढावी, यासाठी त्यांचे प्रयत्न आहेत.

आमदारकी कशासाठी

महाराष्ट्र नवनिर्माण सेनेच्या माध्यमातूनही लोकांपर्यंत जास्तीतजास्त पोहोचण्याचे काम युवराज येडूरे करत आहेत. लोकांच्या समस्या जाणून घेण्यासाठी मतदारसंघाचा दौरा ते करतात. या दौऱ्यात लोकांची अडलेली कामे त्यांना भेडसावणाऱ्या समस्यां याची ते माहिती घेत आहेत. आमदारकी ही मिरवण्यासाठी नसून लोकांची कामे करण्यासाठी आहे, असे युवराज येडूरे यांचे मत आहे. सामाजिक काम करताना त्याला राजकीय पदाची जोड मिळाली तर अडचणी कमी येतात, हा अनुभव आल्यामुळेच त्यांनी राजकारणात प्रवेश केला. समाजाच्या भल्यासाठी 90 टक्के समाजकारण व 10 टक्के राजकारण करून लोकांच्या समस्या सोडविण्याकडे येडूरे यांचा कल आहे. आमदार म्हणण्यापेक्षा मला जनसेवक म्हणवून घेणे गौरवास्पद वाटते, असे येडूरे यांचे म्हणणे आहे.

Yuvraj received his primary education in Shengaon and his higher education in Gargoti. He completed his degree in Arts and Social Work in Kolhapur. His dream was to join the army. However, due to low height during the physical test, his dream remained. However, without giving up, he continued his work with the motto of public service is national service. Due to the scope of work of the social organization and public relations, he was elected as the State Chairman of the Maharashtra NGO Committee. There is a lot that can be done for the people in the society if socialism is combined with politics. Realizing this, Yedure asked the President of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, Hon. Mr. Rajsaheb Thackeray's visit is Sanjay Babanrao Bhosale from Pune, Yuvraj Yedure's mentor, he took note of his work. Information about Yedure's work Rajsaheb took note of this. Development in Shengaon

Yedure also played a significant role in the development of the Shri Kshetra Ekmukhi Datta Devasthan on the banks of the Vedganga here. He made a plan of how the development of the village could be accelerated. Yuvraj Yedure is known as a pioneer in social work in Bhudargad taluka. Through Swarajya Kalyan Sevabhavi Sanstha, Yedure has done remarkable work in various fields like social, co-operation, arts. He has been honored by various social organizations. Not limiting his social work to Kolhapur district only, he has given guidance to organizations in some districts of Maharashtra regarding organization registration and organization work. Yedure has written a comprehensive guidebook on organization management, fundraising, financial and legal planning, and service projects implemented by corporations and statutory bodies. Through this book, he has worked to strengthen social institutions.

Political Journey

He contested Bhudargad Panchayat Samiti general elections in 2016 and Shengaon Gram Panchayat general elections in 2017. Although he did not succeed in this, in 2019 he contested the assembly elections from Radhanagari, Bhudargad, Ajra assembly constituency on Maharashtra Navnirman Sena ticket. He got 950 votes directly from the people and 950 votes by post. The number of votes cast without any political background says a lot. In the future, the number of such votes may increase till victory is achieved.

Work during Covid Period

During the Corona period, some leaders were sitting at home guiding the Kovid warriors. Some leaders, however, were seldom seen with caution. However, Yuvraj Yedure was working directly with the help of Kovid warriors. This has been realized by the people of Radhanagari, Bhudargad, Ajra constituencies. In Kolhapur district as well as in neighboring Goa, they made masks and sanitizers available to the general public at reasonable rates. Private companies are raising the prices of sanitizers and masks. Realizing that this was a costly affair for the common man, Yuvraj Yedure provided masks and sanitizers at reasonable prices in some places and distributed free masks and sanitizers in others.

He supplied masks and sanitizers to all the Gram Panchayats in Kolhapur district on a no-profit, no-loss basis. Free masks and sanitizers were also provided to Anganwadi workers, helpers, Asha volunteers, police, rural hospitals in Radhanagari-Bhudargad-Ajra area.

A helping hand to flood victims

The floods in Kolhapur district in 2019 and 2021 were a challenge for all. However, Yedure did not hesitate to help others when his house was under siege. He worked to rebuild the fallen houses of the people, the world mixed with the soil. He rebuilt the collapsed world of many. Due to the timely delivery of relief to the flood victims, he and the members of his organization have created a distinct identity in Radhanagari, Bhudargad and Ajra constituencies. While Shengaon was completely surrounded by water, Yedure managed to evacuate the people living near the river. Yedure continued to provide food and clothing to the flood victims through the Swarajya Kalyan Sevabhavi Sanstha.

The intention to provide employment to thousands of people

At present, Yedure is determined to make thousands of unemployed youth in the constituency self-reliant by providing them employment. Efforts are being made to turn the youth towards employment through self-employment. For this, job fairs and guidance programs are being implemented at village level from time to time. Through RY Productions, they have provided employment to women in some villages in Kolhapur district. They are trying to increase this scope as much as possible.

Why Yuvraj Yedure as MLA

Yuvraj Yedure is also working to reach out to the masses through Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. They visit constituencies to know the problems of the people. They are getting to know the problems facing the people during this tour. Yuvraj Yedure is of the opinion that the legislature is not for show but for the work of the people. He entered politics because of the experience he got when he got a political position while doing social work. Yedure tends to solve people's problems by doing 90 per cent socialization and 10 per cent politics for the betterment of the society. "I am more proud to be called a public servant than an MLA," Yedure said.
